A PASSION FOR STUDENT SUCCESS—THE EXPERTISE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN

Erin O’Hara Block is seeking re-election for District 8 on the  MNPS School Board. Erin has served as the District 8 Board Member since 2022. During this time, MNPS has seen unprecedented growth in student achievement and has been a Level 5 district for the last four years.

Erin believes that every neighborhood should have a great public school that both challenges students academically and provides a community that supports their social and emotional growth. 

Erin will lead through her experience as a proud mom to two MNPS students, volunteer tutor, and PTO leader, as well as her expertise in shaping education policy and research in Nashville and across the state for the last two decades. 

She is a leader who will listen, care, and act for District 8 and all students.
